Information on the current situation
The total land is 5.5 hectares in one piece, and on the website Geo Serbia you can view KP 156/1 and 157 KO Šare. For orientation purposes, Jankov kamen, the top of Golija, is 3197/2 KO Dajići.
It is also possible to purchase individual units of 4.8 hectares and 0.7 hectares.
The conditions for subdivision and conversion from agricultural to construction land have been created. In the Municipality of Sjenica, the process of developing a Detailed Regulation Plan has been completed, according to which it is possible to create smaller plots of 10 to 25 ares. Regarding infrastructure - right next to the plots runs the Odvraćenica - Golijska Reka road, which is also the boundary of the strict protection zone. This road has just been paved.
For water supply, two buried and interconnected cisterns were built nearby, which are filled from a well into which an electric pump is submerged. There is water, so it is possible to build your own well.
In this part there is still no possibility for a power connection. According to the conditions of the Distribution, the electricity should be brought from the Yanka stone and a transformer station should be installed. Of course, solar panels and windmills are always available alternatives.
