Forest YOUNG MAPLE ON SKI SLOPE
The second location is a plot of 2.5 hectares not far from Odvraćenica below the peaks where the main skiing area on Golija is planned. The plot is right next to the dam of the future lake for the Crna Reka water system that will form at the beginning of the Studenica river. You can view KP 1856 KO Plešin on the Geo Serbia website.
The location itself is excellent - besides being located in the skiing area and next to the lake, a future tourist road that is part of the ring connecting all the main tourist units in this part of Golija will pass through the plot. The existing road divides the plot into two parts - the upper, larger part, is really beautiful, and the lower third is on a slightly steeper slope. The plot had a forest that was cut down a few years ago, but it was immediately reforested with maple. Now, these are already serious saplings ready for the first thinning.
The plot is sold as a whole. Since it is classified as forest, conditions and permission for any construction are sought from the Ministry, not the local administration.
